Web Design Services:

Webpage Design - Creation of a new site from scratch or using existing company logos or documents as examples. This is the standard package for most users. We take information from you regarding what will be needed as far as content goes, offer suggestions, provide samples, and keep constant contact until the job is complete. Cost is hourly, and a deposit may be required for particularly large or complex jobs.

Redesigning or Updating - Making changes to an existing site, one we've created or helping you with one you've created. We can give your site a facelift with new graphics or navigation systems, change the layout, clean up any problems or simply tidy up a bit. This is most common with clients who are unhappy with their previous designers and are wishing to change over to our services. Cost is hourly, and there's no setup fee for an existing site. Prices are negotiable.

Scripting - Have a special section needed for your site such as a forum or shopping system? Let us setup a script from our system that will run everything for you. We have scripts available that will make gathering information or money from your visitors a simple matter of checking your e-mail or opening a database. The cost is a setup fee plus hourly fee for any custom programming needed. Setup fee can be waived if a client wishes to install the script themselves.

Hosting Services:

Full Service Hosting - This is the standard option for first-time clients wishing us to run the site for them. Simply tell us what needs to be updated or fixed and we do it for you. No internet knowledge is needed, and the only effort required is a phone call or e-mail. The charge is a little more per month, plus hourly for updating, and there's never a charge to fix a broken link on a site we've set up. Also, setup fee includes registration of a domain name and all technical work.

One-time Setup Hosting - This is for the novice client wishing to learn how to run the site themselves. We offer a tutorial on how to setup your files and scripts, where to keep your files, which programs are best for you, and so forth. We'll walk you through the setup of your server and then turn you loose. Charge is by the hour for consulting, and more advanced aspects (such as graphic design and programming) are not included. The setup fee is the same as the Full Service Hosting, but the monthly rate for the hosting will be billed as the Do-It-Yourself Hosting. Full support is still available, however.

Do-It-Yourself Hosting - This option is for the more advanced user simply looking for space to store his or her own projects. All we do is setup the DNS (your domain name recognition), setup a partition of a certain amount of space and e-mail accounts, and give you access through FTP and a Unix web interface for maintainance. Charge is a single setup fee and a reduced monthly fee for space rental. The only restrictions are that installation of certain programs are only available by request and service is subject to monitoring for illegal content.

Graphics Solutions:

Flash™ Presentations - This can include items such as welcome movies or intros for your website, navigation menus, advertising, slideshow-like presentations, or other misc. applications, all written in Macromedia Flash MX™. Labor charge applies.

Logo Creation - We can create a logo from scratch or simply make a new version of an existing logo. We can also scan and edit older logos into digital files to be used on documents or the internet as needed in any desired format. Labor charge applies.

Custom Graphics Solutions - Any special project, such as a custom image to be used in a publication, clip art, desktops, banners, or anything else not otherwise catergorized. Custom price quoting is required.

Other Services:

Document Creation - We can generate documents ranging from bills of sale, business cards, and invoices with your company logo and information to more complex design aspects such as publications, fliers, or layouts for signs or banners. You don't even have to be a regular customer or have a website to use this service! We can also create personal resumés or other generic documents. Prices must be custom quoted.

Photo Retouch - Restoration of a damaged or aged photo to a new and cleaner one. This includes photos that have been torn or tattered, faded, contain minor stains or spills, blemish correction, and other touch-ups. We can remove and replace most backgrounds, remove or add people or features to most photos, add digital effects, such as sepia tone or paintbrushing, and restore or add color in most areas. Some restrictions apply, depending mostly on the condition of the original or legal aspects such as altering of documents or evidence. We also do not allow pornographic images or other content that may be illegal in some areas. Service is also subject to acquiring of the original, meaning it must either be mailed or delivered to us, unless you're a more experienced computer user and have a high-quality scan (at 200 dpi or higher) that can be e-mailed to us. Labor charge and a minimum job charge apply.

Advertising Aids: - We can assist you in getting word about your site, company, or product to the masses. There are countless sites available that allow you to post your information or link on the internet, and we'll help you find a few for your needs. We also aid in search engine submission and setting up auction items through eBay™. Charge is hourly for consultion, plus a minimum job charge.
